The better route for anything general – questions about how it works, bugs you found, wishes for the next feature. What is posted there is there for everyone: a question answered once does not have to be asked again, and a suggestion can be discussed instead of sitting in an inbox.

For anything that is nobody else’s business – or if you simply have no Reddit account.
The address deliberately does not appear in the page source; it is assembled in the browser. If it does not show up, JavaScript is switched off – then the legal notice helps.
Why no form?
This site is static and cannot accept anything itself. A form would need a third-party service – and with it exactly the connection to third parties that the site otherwise never makes. An email arrives directly with no stop in between, and for anything public there is the subreddit.
What neither route helps with
- Forgotten password, a pick gone wrong, points off? Your own promotion’s Chief Content Officer sorts that out – they can step in, the operator cannot.
- Questions about playing are usually already in the help.
- Signed-in members reach their promotion faster via the chat in the app.
Response time
Tippmania is an after-hours project. Answers do come, but not always on the same day.
